At USCIS, I led MyAccess for logical access to agency systems and EPACS for physical access at federal facilities.
MyAccess supported SSO and integrations with other DHS logical-access systems. EPACS connected facility access across five sites, including a Gallagher integration.
2022 to 2024 / Agile Coach and Project Manager
Mission systems for TSA Federal Air Marshal Service where real-time context mattered.
Flight tracking, incident monitoring, equipment management, WebEOC, and FirstNet integration across three teams.
2024 / Program Manager
Platform delivery and governance behind Department of Defense operations.
Power Apps and SharePoint delivery tracked procurement activity and operational workflows across three directorates.
