Why it needed to exist.
Organizations pour their best hours into meetings, then let the output evaporate. Transcription tools answer what was said. Teams need to know what changed, who owns the work, when it is due, and why the decision happened.

SCOPE turns meeting transcripts into structured execution intelligence: decisions, requirements, action items, risks, owners, due dates, and traceability across follow-up meetings.
